Downloading a Digital Book
I can’t seem to find my download notification email.

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal, confirmation might take a few minutes.

We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from PayPal.

Digital Books will be sent as a zipped folder containing both an epub file and a mobi file please be sure that you are able to open this type of file before purchasing a digital book through Texshire Books. ** NO PRINTED BOOKS WILL BE SENT! THIS IS FOR A DIGITAL FILE ONLY! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.

I’m having trouble opening a zipped file on my Ipad
In My files on the iPad name a folder e.g. Zip files. Select received zip file. Press and hold file (finger on the folder) a new window opens. Select save to files. A further window opens. Scroll down “On my iPad” until you find the folder Zip files. Save to that folder.
Now go to My Files on the iPad. Press “Uncompress” A new folder (Blue) opens. This can be renamed. Inside are your uncompressed files ready to be loaded to the relevant e reader.
Press the file and select “Share”
If you have a Mobi file select Kindle app which should be displayed.
If you have a ePub file and you have Book Fusion installed, press “Add to Book Fusion”
I’m having trouble downloading my files.
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
​ If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact Texshire Books for further assistance. ​
If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. You will need an epub reader (ex. bookfusion) to open epub files and a mobi reader (ex. Kindle) for mobi files. Please do not purchase if you do not have an epub/mobi reader or are unable to download one.
