I’m Sam Evans, writer, father and grandparent. I’ve travelled around quite a bit, both for work reasons and pleasure. My main interest now is as a writer. I have met a lot of people throughout my life and I like to write about both my own experiences and those I’ve met along the way. I’ve written two books which reflect on a conversation I had about early life. One was during the latter stages of school and then later in life when a dark event which took place followed that person into adulthood. It was a difficult period in that person’s life and it describes an obsession which will be carried for ever. It was hard to describe and even harder to put into words. Much of the narrative in these two books are based on true events, although names are changed and some parts were added to make the story more readable. More books will follow on equally challenging themes.

James is heading to a meeting; it is a monthly event and has nothing to do with work or the usual reasons people choose to meet. His is a personal quest, some might even describe it as an obsession. On arrival there will be no warm greeting, just an instruction from a man, to go to a room in the house and prepare himself for corporal punishment. The man, dressed to fulfil the role he will soon play, will then re-enact an event which took place over thirty years previously while James was still at school. During the two-hour journey James will have time to reflect on previous visits, but especially back to that fateful day in the 1950s when his obsession first began and the chain of events that followed. Contains scenes of corporal punishment and BDSM erotica
James sees an advert in a men's magazine. "Former headmaster from the Welsh Valleys. Seeks errant boys over 18 in need of corporal punishment. Serious applications only - no time-wasters!’ He answers the advert and eagerly awaits a reply. When one eventually arrives, after an anxious wait, he is instructed to attend at an address in London. When he arrives, he's taken to an upstairs apartment where, over the next few hours, James's world will be turned upside down and he will be forced at last to confront his unhappy time at home and school, his lack of self-esteem and start to learn to like himself at last. This book contains scenes of brutal adult corporal punishment.
James has a vice. He’s in his 40s and he visits people who will administer corporal punishment. Following the death of a long-time dominatrix he now seeks a man to continue this addiction. He sees an advert which attracts him and he meets Ralph at a pub where James’s needs are discussed. He leaves with Ralph for a “taster” then is left to decide whether to return for the real thing. He does and the brutal punishment promised is carried out in graphic detail, as is the “aftercare” which follows it. For those who know, this will be familiar territory. For those who do not, beware what you wish for.
